Data deletion

You can remove your data from AmpClip at any time, without contacting us.

Disconnect TikTok

Accounts → Manage account → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access and refresh tokens immediately. You can also revoke AmpClip from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube

Accounts → Disconnect next to the connected Page, professional account, or channel. AmpClip deletes its stored tokens and holds queued posts for that destination. You can also revoke AmpClip in Meta or Google account settings.

Delete YouTube data

Accounts → Disconnect and delete YouTube data removes the stored channel connection, tokens, YouTube video identifiers and links, and metric snapshots immediately. Unsent posts are held and YouTube is removed from format destinations. Reconnect and select the channel again for future posts. AmpClip also attempts to revoke the Google grant; you can revoke it directly in Google security settings. Your recordings, slides, authored copy, and local publishing history remain until you delete them. This does not delete videos or other data held by YouTube; manage those in YouTube.

Delete individual content

Tracks, formats, slideshows and image collections each have a delete action in the app. Deleting a slideshow removes its rendered slides from storage; deleting a collection removes its imported images.

Delete your account

Settings → Delete account. This removes your user record, workspace, all content, connected accounts and tokens. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@ampclip.io from the address on the account and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
